Januar 2014 öffnete der Tokio Auto Salon wieder seine Tore und tausende von Besuchern aus der ganzen Welt strömten auf die Makuhari Messe in Tokio. Dieses Jahr sogar mit einem neuen Besucherrekord von 297.000 Menschen an drei Tagen.

As the term "concept car" reveals, the German tuner MK-Motorsport has equipped the agile Compact with all conceivable extras and presented it at the Bern tuning fair. The test showed that the 318 ti is capable of inspiring with turbopower.

MK-Motorsport from Ötigheim is dedicated to the refinement of BMW models and offers customized tuning for body, interior and engines. The individualization program is immense. It ranges from MK wheels, aluminium pedals and leather interiors to spoilers and side skirts. The black and yellow Kevlar trims, which can be ordered for the interior and the wheels, are particularly exuberant. And even the BMW kidney is not taboo for this.

250 cars competed in training for the 24-hour race. From the small Honda Civic and VW Golf up to the Porsche GT3 with 440 HP and up to Chrysler Viper with 800 HP.

Our team started in the class touring cars up to 3000 cc, with a BMW M3, against 15 competitors in the class.

The BMW M1 are now at the tender age of 20. As we noticed during some service work on various M1s, the original brake lines become porous over time, lose their effectiveness, show bubbles and sometimes become leaky. For this reason we have developed special brake lines for this vehicle type.
